Make your own Paper Slinky Dog!
Who doesn’t love a fun craft? We do! We do! But you probably already knew that! Well, today we are here to show you step by step how to make your very own slinky dog. With only a few supplies that you probably already have at home, you can do this craft in just a few minutes. Ask Mom or Dad to print off the slinky dog template on our Facebook page or online on our website! There are two different ones to choose from! One you can color and one that will print already colored.

What You'll Need
- Paper Template
- Scissors (ask an adult for help)
- Gluestick
- Crayons or Markers for the Black/White template
Getting Started
Now that you have your supplies ready, it’s time to get crafty!
Start by cutting out your template. Keep your pieces together so you don’t lose them. Ask an adult for help with the scissors if needed.
(If you are choosing to color your dog then do that first!) 
Next, you can glue the 2 long brown strips together. This is going to be your slinky dog’s body. Glue them together just enough for them to overlap.
Now you can start folding your dog’s body into about 1-inch folds. Start by folding forward and then backward until you have folded the whole body.
Glue the tongue onto the underside of your slinky dog’s mouth so it looks like it’s sticking out.
Take the ears and glue them to the backside of the head. Now you can glue the head on top of the legs. On the back of your slinky dog, glue on the tail.
