Very Berry Frozen Yogurt Treats

🫐 Berry Yogurt Freezies: A Cool & Healthy Summer Treat for Your Pup!

Looking for a refreshing summer snack your dog will drool over? These Frozen Berry Yogurt Treats are the perfect healthy indulgence—packed with calcium, protein, and antioxidants. Best of all, you probably already have the ingredients in your kitchen!

🐶 Why Dogs Love It:

  • Plain yogurt provides a calcium and protein boost for strong bones and muscles.

  • Strawberries & blueberries are antioxidant-rich superfoods that help support your dog’s immune system.

  • Frozen texture makes this a great summer cool-down treat.

🍓 What You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened yogurt (Greek-style works great!)

  • 10 strawberries, finely diced

  • 20 blueberries, whole

  • Ice cube tray or silicone treat mold

Tip: Always use plain yogurt with no added sugar or xylitol, which is toxic to dogs.

🧊 How to Make Them:

  1. Rinse your fruit thoroughly.

  2. Dice strawberries into small, bite-sized pieces.

  3. Layer berries into the bottom of your ice cube tray or silicone mold. It’s okay if there are gaps!

  4. Pour yogurt over the berry layer, filling each mold.

  5. Optional: Add a few more berries on top for extra fruity fun.

  6. Freeze for about 2 hours, or until solid.

🐾 Storage & Serving:

  • Treats can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.

  • Serve straight from the freezer for a cool snack on hot days.
